2004-06-29 - 9:49 a.m. Went home after work with all kinds of plans to garden, weed, cook, practice guitar, etc., but I ended up watching The Apartment instead, and have no regrets. I love this movie. It is so simple as to be a fable, and so very funny. Afterwards I hauled a blanket outside to my small backyard paradise, lay down on the concrete, and looked up at the grapes and shade trees and overgrown weeds and the moonlit sky o'er Brooklyn.
