2004-07-28 - 4:02 p.m. Have been doing a lot of the "Tibetan heart yoga" that I mentioned the other day, and it's been potent. My heart feels wide open and my emotions are pure and uncut. You know those keening heart-throbs of nostalgia you feel when you hear a song from your youth? I feel that way for hours at a time, triggered by almost anything in front of me, but without the sense of loss or grief--just deep knowledge and appreciation. It's not all fun, but it feels positive. Your mileage may vary of course.
