Today is nostalgia day here at IHoP HQ.

Listening to a Tindersticks restrospective that brings me right--splat!--back to my Hoboken days.

Reading the excellent Joe Pernice novella "about" the Smiths' Meat is Murder...(well, the album is tangential to the story...perhaps you could say it's "inspired by").

This is part of the 33 1/3 series published by Continuum Press, each title of which celebrates a different influential (or personally life-altering) album. Pernice's is the best-written of the lot, although the other ones I've read so far have been fun anyway.

So, if you had 100 pages and a head full of steam, which album would you write about?

More nostalgia and Hoboken: dBs reunion! Yippee!
