2005-05-31 - 10:25 a.m. A great, fun, productive weekend. Recorded all day Sunday with the inimitable Wombat at the board and the fearsome rhythm powerhouse of Sharples and Mattina. We got some good basic tracks for "Foxhound" and "Sir You Have No Bucket." Then I wrote all day Monday--two new songs, plus added a lot to three almost-finished ditties. Watched Rear Window and started a collection of Mary Gordon novellas. I also vaguely recall a party in Fort Greene...a BBQ in Prospect Heights...and an excellent Larchies show at Pianos. thoughts?
