2005-07-03 - 11:43 a.m. Penguins. Nothin' but penguins. I can't think of a better film to watch on a hot summer weekend, in a frigid, air-conditioned movie theater. Although it goes on just a hair too long, the story of the penguin's trail of tears is fascinating. And just when you think it can't get any cuter, out come the baby penguins. What I like about this film is that, like all good nature docs, it's not without dramatic moments (death!), pratfalls and physical comedy (baby penguiins on ice!), and moments of transcendent beauty. thoughts?
