2006-03-31 - 12:26 p.m. If it's any enticement to new readers, Gilgamesh's first few chapters (or "tablets," cuz it was translated from cuneiform) is XXX non-stop god-on-girl action. Hot stuff. "Tablet" is one of my favorite words--it gives me a fizzy sensation especially when said aloud. I fondly recall the word being used by John-Boy Walton in the made-for-TV film The Homecoming when his mama discovers that he's been hiding a journal under his mattress.
