2006-07-26 - 5:59 p.m. I used to love Netflix. But now I looooove them. This Broadcast compilation is right purty. Went to a reading for PP/FF, a collection of short-short fiction. (Lydia Davis fans take note: she's got two pieces in here.) The reading was good, lots of strong writing, and it's humbling to meet people who have enough passion for poetry that they have the wherewithal to run a non-profit press. But I have something to say to the poets of the world: The microphone is not going to hurt you. If ya got one there, talk into it, not away from it.
