For a while in the '90s, I theorized that if one could persuade Bill Laswell to collaborate with Robert Pollard, they'd end up making records in less time than it takes to listen to them, and as a result, they'd accidentally discover time travel. I don't know who's buying all the Django records - but there's always a new generation of hemp-smokin' frat boys and girls to discover Marley...
