OK, I promise not to wear pedal pushers, or for that matter, sandals, this summer, but int he really hot weather, I keep thinking nothing would feel better than a nice cotton dress!

Wombat, I had a guy friend in New Orleans who had a skirt he'd wear around the house when it was hot. It was sort of a batik wrap around thing. He was proud of it.
I confess I can't tell the difference between capris and pedal pushers.

Capris, pedal pushers, or just snug-fitting shorts; I like 'em! Ohh, not on me, most certainly not; but I've seen a few figures that have been flattered by them ...

Capris, Baby Party, are cropped at the ankle, but pedal pushers are cropped higher.

But I kinda hate the word "cropped," too.
