This is a beautiful, noble and good sentiment; and on a good day, on a very good day (a day that may yet never have happened...) I even think that it is true.

What the hell is this supposed to mean?

???? I would take it to mean that everything we need is right at our fingertips and we are gifted with all the right things if not the vision to see it.

I've had days where this has felt true, and then I've watched it slip away. But it's there to grasp, like sun behind a lot of clouds. The task is to clear the clouds from your vision so you can grasp the infinity of the moment. At such times you understand how everything had to be just how it's been in your past, all clouds included, to get you there.

Whether we think it is true, or not, may be important, but would not change it's truth, we have evolved, with a complex, and not always easy set of qualities, abilities, needs, which we are sometimes at war with, which we sometimes feel are not what we would choose, our "fight or flight" reflex can feel like a burden when it arrives in the context of performance, our sexuality can seem unfair when it leads us to chaos, or dissapointment, our sense of mortality can be a weight on our animal natures that insist on life. But these things, and many things that we enjoy and take for granted are part of what is perhaps irreducably complex, us.
