I liked the Wayne Coyne essay. And I like the fact that both his first and last names end in the same three letters. I wonder how common that is? (Now, let's hope Diaryland's overlords haven't been overloaded again and this actually goes through...

WC seems pretty genuine here and assuming he is, I would tend to agree with him... with some practical reservation. Generally though, whilst eavesdropping on other folks' lives, both friends, family and strangers, I often find myself wanting to say, "You know, it can be a whole lot more simple than that."
