Curiously, over on the Robyn Hitchcock list, folks are talking about their early crushes from movies and TV (mostly crushworthy actresses though). As usual, I have nothing to add...I can't remember actors and actresses from TV shows or movies in my childhood, or at any rate, having developed crushes on any, so I think from now on I'll say I was raised Amish and ran away from home at 18, only discovering the world then. Pretty much, no one would have cause to doubt me - even though I didn't actually have a particularly sheltered childhood. Just a lame-ass memory, I think.
