One interesting thing about this article (as there are many interesting ideas presented therein) is how so much of this line of research is driven by a sense of competition between camps of competing scientists (especially between European and the U.S. groups).
Also, when I picture something called The Tevatron, I see a sort of tubular gadget -- like something that Galactus would carry in his right hand -- covered in doodads and festooned with Kirby Krackle -- which is not a delicious new breakfast cereal . . . (although maybe it should be)

Which makes me happy, that 15 years down the line they are still rehashing the same crap. The tevatron. As a robot man I think you would like it. It is filled with tubular gadgets, but plural not singular.

I was thinking along the lines of a many tubed gadget (that are sort of weirdly interconnected); I just failed to express plurality. And I was wrong -- apparently Kirby Krackle is now a cereal as well. Go figure . . .
