What do Zeus, Thor, Shiva, and the Bodhisattva Vajrapani all have in common?

Easy -- they're all gods of thunder... in their pants.
... I made that last part up.

The LEGO "difference engine" is neat -- but the accompanying essay fails to mention that a substantial amount of the development that went into its' conception was also done by Lady Ada Lovelace, daughter of Lord Byron -- who was portrayed by Tilda Swinton (mentioned in this blog a few weeks back) in this not-so-good-but-we-tried-hardmovie.
... and that's my stream-of-consciousness set of references for the day, thank you.

I like the idea of a "Leggo"-based DE - that would be one built either of Eggo-brand toaster waffles (as in "leggo my Eggo") or L'eggs pantyhose containers. I have no idea if either product is still being made or if I'm just livin' in the '70s.

I am a lego fanatic, even at this age. You should check out Brickfilms.com, movies made with lego.....

I can confirm that there are still both Eggos and L'eggs. Miss Lulu and I had the "are there still L'Eggs?" conversation lo verily just last week, and our web and drugstore dragnet turned up a multitude of L'eggs, 'cept now sans the famous egg (l'egg?) container. I loved the L'eggs container when I was a kid, fun for many a silly craft project...
