Ian & Sylvia were a fixture of my childhood (my mom and dad did, and still do, the folk duet thing). I threw their Greatest Hits on my iPod a while back, and have been really enjoying the songs that come up on shuffle. "90 X 90", in particular, is a great slab of orchestral pop.

I'm sorry to hear that Ian is losing his great voice, but glad that he's finding a way to work with it.

Oh, and "The Cutty Wren" creeped me way out when I was seven or so, between that modal minor melody and taking all the words literally.
