The copyright date for this album I'm thoroughly enjoying today is 1995. At first glance, it doesn't seem like that long ago. "95" is a large two-digit number, one of the largest.

But 1995 was eight years ago.

Whew.

Anyway, the album is Let Them Eat Cake by those faux Edwardian rockers, the Upper Crust.

Their schtick is funny the first couple of times around, but what saves them from being just a joke band is the sheer rockin'ocity of songs like "I've Got My Ascot 'n' My Dickie."
