2005-05-09 - 9:44 a.m. While I don't really have time to watch movies I hate, last night I couldn't tear myself away from the trainwreck of suckage that is Jersey Girl. Unlike Mona Lisa Smile, which was one steaming cliche piled on top of another, JG is awful in totally new and exciting ways, filled with highly improbable situations, bathos, curdlingly stupid jokes, an invasive soundtrack, stilted performances, and characters that could only exist in the imagination of a filmmaker. thoughts?
