This fun book about discovering your inner economist is deceptively packaged as self-help, but is really just an amusing series of essays about fundamental economic principles and how they can be applied to real-life situations, (but usually aren't.) It's no Freakonomics, but one gets the sense that the author, whose tone strikes a nice balance between professorial and Confucian, didn't intend it to be.
