What a strange and interesting dating practice. Let's revive it for the 21st Century! I love the whole Carthy Family, and was pleased to see that Eliza Carthy has a newish album, and it's really fiery and melodramatic and fun, with violins, accordions, tubas, and Carthy's rich, quavering voice that resembles, in turn, both of her parents'.
