Ok, bear with me on this: all this time, I thought that Men Without Hats were singing (in Safety Dance) "And you can act real rude and totally removed like an African in Brasil." So when I read your post I thought "A-ha, it's a reference." But it's apparently "And I can act like an imbecile." Damn.
