It's interesting, in that generally, smells are negatively regarded: if you just say something smells (as opposed to "smells good"), it's taken that you're talking about something unpleasant. Curious. Anyway: I predict that Brian Eno will put out a smell-o-disc soon. (You all do know he's seriously into scents, perfumes, etc.?)

Well, we were the bullseye, but it was a very odd storm. I think y'all, and virtually everybody else in the east, including in Florida, got more rain than us, and we got five hours of calm in the middle of Frances when the giant eye passed over us, slowly. And it didn't have the fierce eyewall of a tighter eye. But ten miles an hour more of wind and this area would be an unholy mess. But reverting to the topic, is there a flavor of Febreeze that doesn't stink? It would be nice to use on knee and elbow pads if it didn't, but when I've bought heavy duty and then regular they both were too stale perfumey and I felt ripped off. (That's MY Febreeze smell story.)

Oh, and since you asked if I was OK, I have to tell you my hurricane "injury" story (which I'm sure certain distasteful conventioneers would claim would qualify me for a Purple Heart). As the hurricane force winds were hovering just off the coast, we decided to move my brother's car a little, and I was sitting with my knees squoze sideways behind the loaded-with-stuff passengers seat, with my head out the side window because my brother couldn't see through the fogged-up rear window to back up, when suddenly something started crushing my head, and I yelled "Aaaahh! Get it off of me!", and my brother couldn't, whereupon I realized that I STILL had my knee pressing on the power window, and took steps to remedy that. Some of them are actually pretty powerful if you don't have the sense to stop pressing them, and it apparently put a nice crease in my face at the time, and bruised my tempo-mandibular joint, and cracked us up good.

Wow, "cracked us up good"? ...I must have gotten blown to Mayberry or something.
