I stumbled upon Boobah accidentally, and all the drugs I ever took came crashing back into my brain! What a show. Way trippier then those 'tubbies! Made me want to spin around my living room until I couldn't stand. (Which is probably only once around anyway).

Yeah, I think the back story of "Jay Jay' is he was in some kind of horrible accident and, like lost his body, but it was ok, sort of, because they were able to attach his face to this airplane thing...

But, Boobah! just the website! , but after playing around a little I had the feeling that I knew what it would feel like to be (more) brain damaged.

The Jay Jay has two versions. The one that airs on PBS is what it is, but I understand they also have a Christian version, much like the Veggie Tales.....man, I got to get out more.

I'd like to see this episode: "Barking at Buddha" Wishbone wants to be a hero and tries to rescue two misguided youngsters when they set out to impress the older kids. As "Monkey," he yearns to be immortal and seeks a position of importance in Wu Ch'eng-en's Chinese folktale.

Benjamin (my 5-year-old) hung out on the Boohbah web site for a while, but ultimately he decided he prefers typing long strings of letters and picking out occasional words in 28-point Mead Bold on MS Word. I don't mind Benjamin's endless fascination with Thomas the Tank Engine because, mercifully, he's completely indifferent to freakish Jay Jay.
