Congratulations on your new acquisition, and welcome to the 21st century! If you have any brain cancer phobias, invest in a "hands-free" headset -- they're actually more convenient to use than trying to hold something the size of a deck of cards up to your head for extended conversations, and they (in my experience) result in a slightly clearer reception w/ whomever you're speaking to.

I'm with AT&T, and I've been trying to break up with them via their website so I don't have to hang out on the phone at work. However, their website is much like the "Florida Ballot" visual joke that's been going around--it won't let me select this as an option, it won't even let me ask how to do it in the "ask a question" feature.
