I just got back from House of Flying Daggers my ownself. A beautiful and very moving film. If you haven't seen Hero, I highly recommend it as well, it's another Zhang Yimou film, and also spectacularly filmed. I think the story and acting in HoFD is better though. Maybe you can use your new doll as a bookend for your shelf of big-budget Asian epic DVDs.
