I used to go to a gym a lot, at first they would play a cd if I brought one, then one day One of the trainers said "don't you think this is a little weird?" ("Lust" by the ambitious Lovers) and they stopped playing my cds, but I was able to use my headphones, because the room was pretty quiet.

Recently, I went to the YWCA to check out the very cheap gym, and I probaly would have joined, but the music was bad, and loud, and I just couldn't see motivatin' to it. So now I just jump around at home.

I actually brought my walkman last night, but the gym music was so loud I couldn't hear the songs on the walkman. Just as well, one less thing to carry. In case you need to know, I was trying to listen to this.

I got (at least) three hours of my life back with today's nominations as I can no longer acknowledge the Oscars after Giamatti's omission. Maybe I'll go to the gym.

It's probably just as well - Foxx is going to win it anyway, like at the Golden Globes. Giamatti really played up his GG loss on SNL this weekend so I'm sure he's not very happy about not even getting nominated this time.

How could Giamatti NOT be nominated? I was very upset at that choice, and I also wanted that Team America song in there? Oh well. . .
